Initial Supplier Selection

Annual Assessment
A periodic review of existing supplier’s performance to ensure continued compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards. Includes reviewing the supplier’s delivery performance, quality metrics, and overall reliability. Can also include, Feedback from internal stakeholders, Field returns, customer satisfaction, supplier’s innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Process Control evaluation
Examination of the supplier’s process control methods and ability to maintain consistency and quality of in their production processes and includes assessment of adherence to control plans and product specification.
